NUSTARC 2027 Publication Information
  • Abstracts accepted for presentation only will not be included in any conference proceedings or external publication platforms. This policy is intended to maintain publication integrity and avoid duplicate or redundant publication.
  • Selected full papers submitted to NUSTARC 2027 will be considered for publication in conference proceedings and/or indexed publication series, subject to meeting publisher requirements and successful peer review.
  • All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Papers must align with the scope of the conference and follow the required formatting and submission guidelines provided in the official template.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted using the standard file format: NUSTARC2027_ShortTitle_LastName]

Publication Status

The publication partner(s) and indexing arrangements for the NUSTARC 2027 proceedings are currently under review and evaluation with potential publishing partners. Final confirmation will be announced on the conference website after approval.


Scope of Publication

Selected contributions will cover areas including physics, engineering, materials science, computing, artificial intelligence, and digital engineering, with applications in sustainable systems, climate resilience, and advanced technologies.


Review Policy

All submitted papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.

The editorial process consists of two stages:

1. Preliminary Review

Submissions are screened by the editorial team to ensure relevance to the conference scope, formatting compliance, language quality, originality, and plagiarism screening. Papers failing these criteria will be rejected.

2. Peer Review

Manuscripts passing preliminary screening are evaluated by 2–3 independent reviewers based on:

  • Technical quality and scientific rigor
  • Originality and contribution to the field
  • Clarity of presentation and structure
  • Relevance to conference themes

Possible decisions include:

  • Accept
  • Accept with Minor Revisions
  • Major Revisions Required
  • Reject

Authors must address reviewer comments thoroughly and include them at the end of the revised manuscript. Additional review rounds may be conducted where necessary.


Ethical Standards and Plagiarism Policy

NUSTARC 2027 enforces a strict academic integrity policy. All submissions must represent original work with proper citation of sources.

Plagiarism or academic misconduct may result in:

  • Rejection or removal from publication
  • Notification to affiliated institutions
  • Reporting to relevant academic bodies
  • Public disclosure of misconduct where necessary

The conference follows international publishing ethics guidelines, including COPE best practices.
