SUBMISSION GUIDELINE:
1. Abstract (ORAL Presentation Only)
Abstract submissions are intended for oral presentation at NUSTARC 2027 only and will not be published in the conference proceedings.
Authors submitting abstracts will be invited to present their work orally at the conference. After the conference, selected presented abstracts may be invited to submit full papers for possible publication in selected journals, subject to independent peer review.
Abstract Requirements
- Maximum length: 200 words
- File format: Microsoft Word (*.docx)
- Keywords: Up to 5, listed on a separate line
- Open to all research fields
- Select one relevant conference topic and the purpose
- Use the NUSTARC 2027 Abstract Template
Note: Abstract submission does not guarantee journal publication.
2. Full Paper Submission
Full paper submission is required for authors seeking publication in conference proceedings or journals.
All full paper submissions and reviews will be managed through the EasyChair Conference Management System.

Submission Requirements
- Anonymous submission (no author names, affiliations, or emails)
- Author details added after acceptance
- Format: One-column conference template
- Length: 6–12 pages
- Abstract: ≤ 200 words
- Keywords: Up to 5
- File format: Microsoft Word (*.docx)
Manuscript Structure
All full papers must follow the IMRaD format:
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
American English is required. Professional proofreading is strongly recommended.
References
- Minimum 15 references
- Preferably from Scopus/Wos indexed journals
- Priority to literature published within the last 5 years
Revision Policy
- Do not create a new submission
- Upload revisions by replacing the existing file in EasyChair
3. Publication Policy
NUSTARC 2027 plans to apply for publication of selected full papers in AIP Conference Proceedings, subject to publisher evaluation, agreement, and final acceptance.
Selected papers may also be invited to submit extended versions to internationally recognized journals of Naresuan University or special issues, each undergoing independent peer review.
4. Publication Ethics & AI Policy
NUSTARC 2027 follows best practices consistent with COPE and AIP Publishing research integrity policies.
Ethical Requirements
- Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere
- Proper citation of all sources is required
- No plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, or improper authorship
- All listed authors must have made significant scholarly contributions
AI Tools Policy
- AI tools may be used only for language improvement
- AI must not generate research content, data, results, conclusions, or figures
- AI tools cannot be listed as authors
- Authors remain fully responsible for manuscript integrity
5. Plagiarism Policy and Copyright
- Turnitin similarity report required
- Similarity index must be below 10%
- Only Turnitin reports are accepted
- Upload the similarity report after revision via EasyChair
Copyright Transfer
- Authors must upload the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)
- CTA confirms originality, author consent, and ethical compliance
- Signed by the corresponding author only
6. Revision, Integrity, and Notice
Revision Timeline
- Submit revised papers within one (1) week
- Highlight changes using background-colored text
- Upload a new Turnitin report (<10%)
Academic Misconduct
Plagiarism or misconduct may result in:
- Paper rejection or removal
- Notification to institutions
- Reporting to ethics bodies
- No registration fee refund
