SUBMISSION GUIDELINE: 

1. Abstract (ORAL Presentation Only)

Accepted abstracts will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, and they will not be published in the proceedings.

  • NUSTARC 2025 Abstract Template
  • For presentation only, just submit your abstract.
  • Abstract submission only is also for publication option in one of the selected journals.
  • Submission Guideline for Abstract (General):
    • Abstracts should not exceed 200 words.
    • Abstract for presentation only is open for all the research fields.
    • After the conference, selected presented abstracts will be invited to submit full papers for possible publication in the RAST Journal.
    • Submit keywords per line with a maximum of 5 keywords.
    • Upload your abstract in MS Word (*.docx).
    • Please tick (√) one for the topic that best appropriates with your paper content in the conference system.

2. Full Paper

All full paper submission processes will be managed by using the EasyChair conference management system. Feel free to email (nustarc2025@nu.ac.th or nustarc2025@gmail.com) if you encountered problems with the submission system.

For publication option in the AIP Conference Proceedings, author must submit a full paper.

  • Submit your full paper without author names, affiliation, and emails (for blind peer review). Once your paper has been accepted by the committee, the author’s name, affiliation and email address can be completed, while making revisions desired by the reviewer and editor. This only applies to those who submitted full papers.
  • Full Paper Template using one column style.
  • Authors are advised not to make the mistake of creating a new submission when submitting revisions.
  • When submitting revisions, simply log in to your existing account. Make the changes and replace the old document with the new one.

Submission Guidelines for Accepted Full Papers:

  • Formatting: Please strictly follow the AIP Conference Proceedings format and template.
  • Submission Format:
    • Full papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (*.docx).
    • Abstracts should not exceed 200 words.
    • Paper length must be between 6 to 12 pages.
    • The manuscript must follow the IMRaD structureIntroduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion.
  • Manuscript Preparation:
    • Authors must adhere to the publisher’s Instruction for Authors for formatting and manuscript preparation.
    • Ensure the paper is proofread for grammatical accuracy. We recommend consulting professional English proofreaders.
  • Language Style: Full papers should follow American English style for consistency.
  • References: Include at least 15 references from credible sources, primarily indexed journals, published within the last 5 years, or published recently.
  • Publication: All accepted papers will undergo a peer-review process to ensure the highest academic standards, and selected contributions will be submitted to Scopus indexed proceedings series, subject to final acceptance by the publisher.

Copyright Notice:

  • This process is akin to a Copyright Transfer, serving as proof that the full paper submitted to this conference is original, free from plagiarism, and has been agreed upon or signed by all authors for publication.
  • Fill in the Copyright Transfer Form.
  • Submit check plagiarism results by Turnitin Software only.

Resubmission of Full Papers

After the author receiving the notification of revision from conference committee and all reviewer comments have been incorporated in revising the manuscript.

  • Upload your revised manuscript based on the Publisher’s Guideline (Instruction for Authors) in MS Word (*.docxwithin one week to the conference submission system.
  • Highlight the changes to your manuscript within the document using background colored text to indicate your revision.
  • Check your final manuscript to avoid plagiarism using Turnitin software with a similarity should be below 10%.
  • Revised manuscripts with a similarity level still above 10% will not be accepted and the author will be asked to make another revision.
  • Upload your similarity check results to the Google Drive.

Notes on Academic Misconduct

All articles submitted to this conference must present original research—both experimental and theoretical—that has not been published or is under consideration elsewhere. Ethical conduct is fundamental to academia, and plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If plagiarism is identified, the following actions will be taken:

  • Notify the author’s supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
  • Report the violation to relevant academic ethics offices and funding agencies.
  • Publish details of the misconduct, including the author’s name(s), article title, institution(s), and nature of the violation.
  • Reject the submission or remove it from the final publication.
  • No refunds will be issued in cases of academic misconduct.
