เมื่อวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กำพล ทรัพย์สมบูรณ์ คณบดีคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนิสิต ให้การต้อนรับ Associate Professor Dr. Ehsan Dehghan-Niri จาก School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks, Arizona State University ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเยือนคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้านการวิจัย ตลอดจนหารือแนวทางการสร้างและต่อยอดความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมระหว่างสองสถาบัน
ในโอกาสนี้ Associate Professor Dr. Ehsan Dehghan-Niri ได้บรรยายพิเศษแก่คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนิสิตคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ณ ห้องประชุม Gearlaxy Space ชั้น 1 อาคาร USIS คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในหัวข้อ Non-Destructive Testing(NDT), Bioacoustics, Robotic Inspection Systems and Acoustic Sensing โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การตรวจสอบแบบไม่ทำลาย (Non-Destructive Testing: NDT) อะคูสติกชีวภาพ (Bioacoustics) ระบบหุ่นยนต์สำหรับการตรวจสอบ (Robotic Inspection Systems) และการตรวจจับด้วยคลื่นเสียง (Acoustic Sensing) ซึ่งเป็นองค์ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมที่มีศักยภาพในการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้และต่อยอดสู่การวิจัยและนวัตกรรมในอนาคต
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างนักวิจัยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากต่างประเทศ รวมถึงส่งเสริมการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ โดยมุ่งหวังให้เกิดการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ การแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และการต่อยอดสู่โครงการวิจัยร่วมในอนาคต
การเยือนคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร และ Arizona State University ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเครือข่ายนักวิจัย การสร้างผลงานวิจัยร่วม และการยกระดับศักยภาพด้านวิชาการของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์สู่ระดับนานาชาติ อันสอดคล้องกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความเป็นสากลและการพัฒนางานวิจัยของคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง

Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University Welcomes Researcher from Arizona State University, USA, to Exchange Knowledge and Strengthen Collaboration in Research and Innovation
On August 25, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Kumpon Subsomboon, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University, together with the faculty’s administrators, faculty members, researchers, and students, welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Ehsan Dehghan-Niri from the School of Manufacturing Systems and Networks, Arizona State University, USA, during his visit to the Faculty of Engineering. The visit aimed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and research experiences, as well as to discuss opportunities to establish and further strengthen research and innovation collaboration between the two institutions.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Ehsan Dehghan-Niri delivered a special lecture to faculty members, researchers, and students at Gearlaxy Space, 1st Floor, USIS Building, Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University. The lecture was entitled “Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Bioacoustics, Robotic Inspection Systems and Acoustic Sensing.” Key topics included Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Bioacoustics, Robotic Inspection Systems, and Acoustic Sensing—areas of engineering knowledge with strong potential for practical application and further development into future research and innovation.
The activity aimed to provide a platform for knowledge exchange between researchers and international experts, while promoting the development of international academic and research networks. It is expected to contribute to the advancement of knowledge, the sharing of research experiences, and the development of potential collaborative research projects in the future.
The visit marked another important step in strengthening research and innovation collaboration between Naresuan University and Arizona State University. Such collaboration will support the development of research networks, the creation of joint research outputs, and the enhancement of the Faculty of Engineering’s academic capabilities at the international level. It also aligns with the Faculty’s continued commitment to promoting internationalization and advancing research and innovation.
