October 27–29, 2025 – The Faculty of Engineering, Naresuan University successfully organized The 2025 International Conference on New Unifying in Sustainable Technologies, Advanced Research, and Climate Change (NUSTARC 2025) at the Long Beach Garden Hotel & Pavilions, Pattaya.
The conference was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, Acting President of Naresuan University, who emphasized that NUSTARC is more than an academic gathering; it is a convergence of ideas, cultures, and disciplines united to tackle the world’s most pressing sustainability challenges. She highlighted Naresuan University’s strong commitment to advancing interdisciplinary research, fostering international cooperation, and developing innovative solutions for global benefit.
Keynote Addresses
Three distinguished keynote speakers shared their expertise and perspectives on sustainability and innovation:
• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sarintip Tantanee, Naresuan University – Cross-Border Environmental Governance in Thailand: Pathways to Sustainable Development
• Prof. Dodi Wirawan Irawanto, SE., M.Com., Ph.D., Brawijaya University, Indonesia – Promoting Corporate Sustainability Through Green Leadership: Proposed Model of Green HR and Environmental Management
• Prof. Symeon Christodoulou, Ph.D., University of Cyprus – Harnessing Engineering Innovations for Environmental and Infrastructure Sustainability and Resilience
International Participation and Parallel Sessions
The conference welcomed delegates from over 10 countries, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Thailand
A total of nearly 60 research presentations were delivered across three main tracks:
• Applied Physics in Engineering and Technology
• Environmental Physics and Sustainable Engineering
• Materials Science and Nanotechnology
Sessions were chaired by international and national experts, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and collaborative discussions.

Looking Ahead
The conference concluded with a message of gratitude from the organizing committee, extending thanks to keynote speakers, session chairs, sponsors, and participants whose contributions made the event a success. Delegates also enjoyed cultural and networking activities, reinforcing the value of academic collaboration and industry engagement.
The Faculty of Engineering announced that the next edition, NUSTARC 2026, will continue this tradition of advancing research and innovation for global sustainability.
