1.CORETECH will provide the latest version 15 seats of Moldex3D/Professional Full educational licenses (hereinafter referred to as Moldex3D Software) free of charge accordance with this LOI including any update and maintenance of the Moldex3D Software. 2.Moldex3D Software will be installed in MAIC Partner facilities and strictly limited only for the usage of demonstration, learning, training course hosted by MAIC Partner. 3.MAIC Partner shall provide at least 1 instructor candidates for CORETECH. CORETECH will provide training course and training materials to instructor candidates that MAIC Partner provide to be Moldex3D Certification Course Instructor(s) free of charge during this Term
